Harrison Teacher Chosen to Receive Technology System
Tami Burke, one of Harrison’s 5th grade teachers, took part in a SMART training that was offered in June. As part of that training, participants could write SMART lessons and have their names entered into drawings to win prizes. Tami wrote and submitted several SMART lesson plans and was chosen to receive a free SMART response set to use in her classroom. This set is valued at $1600.00. Nice job, Tami!
Jackson Elementary School Has Been “Beautified”
Jackson Elementary School has had some very exciting things going on over the summer.  Jackson has been beautified and renovated.  We are excited and appreciative of our new roof and our new parking lot!  Both of these improvements will keep our facility in top notch working condition!  Thank you to our School Board and our community for investing in our school.
