The 3rd Annual Cardinals for the Cure campaign for the month of October is well underway at Marshall Middle School. On Friday, Oct. 17th at 8:15am ALL Cardinals wearing pink were on the football field for an all school photo in the shape of a giant cancer ribbon.
This tradition was started by our own Kelli Wolff, a Paraprofessional at Marshall who wanted to get the word out to all of students and community that cancer affects all of us in some way.
Fundraising initiatives will continue to be conducted all month long and all proceeds go to the UW Carbone Cancer Center. Marshall Middle Schools goal is to raise more than $3,000.00 this year.
Great job Marshall students, staff and parents!
